Payment and Cancellation
Deposit: To secure your apartment and confirm your booking, please let us know your credit card details or remit a down payment of 25 % to our account indicated below. The remaining 75 % of the total rate are due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment is possible via bank transfer or via credit card.Payment:

Cancellation policy:
Up to 5 days prior to your arrival (6:00 pm) we do not charge any cancellation fee.
If you cancel your booking 4 days prior to your arrival or later, in any case of a no-show or after arrival we charge 2 nights cancellation fee.
